BUBT holds 3rd workshop on professional etiquette

A workshop titled ‘Professional Etiquette’, jointly organized by Career Guidance Office (CGO) of Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) and Chakri.com was held at the Conference Room of IQAC at Campus-2 of the University, Mirpur in the capital on Wednesday.
Prof Md. Abu Saleh, Vice-Chancellor of BUBT was the chief guest. Conveying thanks he said, the present world is very competitive and students are to be prepared as skilled and highly capable for this very struggle. There is no alternative to this approach.
He further added that it was an exceptional initiative taken by BUBT. He strongly believed that student would be benefited through this type of activities.
The keynote speech of the workshop was presented by Sabbir Ahmed, General Manager of Grameenphone Ltd.
The focus of the workshop was the necessary aspects of professional etiquette in general and career development in particulars. The session was chaired by Prof Dr Syed Masud Husain, Dean, Faculty of Business, BUBT. Mohammad Masudur Rahman, Director of Career Guidance Office (CGO), BUBT welcomed all participants in the workshop. Treasurer, Proctor, Deans of all faculties, Registrar, Controller of Examinations, Joint Registrar, faculty members, officials and students from all departments were present in the program. Abdullah Al Azad, Assistant Professor and Assistant Proctor of BUBT, anchored the session.
