With the aim to get customers’ feedback, Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) is mulling to hold a series of public hearings outside capital Dhaka.
As part of the plan, the regulator would first go to the port city of Chittagong to hear people’s opinion, problem, dissatisfaction and requirements.
Talking to BSS, BTRC Chairman Dr Shahjahan Mahmood said they are keen to hold the hearing in Chittagong next month upon completing some necessary works.
“We are working to solve the feedback received from the first public hearing and immediately after addressing those, we would go to Chittagong,” he said.
