The Bangladesh Sports Press Association (BSPA) with the acknowledgement of International Sports Press Association (AIPS) will observe the World Sports Journalists Day 2017 on July 2, said a BSPA press release.
The day will be celebrated in Bangladesh along with other two hundred countries across the World. The BSPA will celebrate the day by cutting cake at its office premise at Bangabandhu National Stadium at 8 pm.
Besides, on occasion of the day, country’s renowned sports journalists will be given their acknowledgement for their remarkable contributions in sports journalism through a BSPA night to be held later stage.
