A Joint Research Project was signed among Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University of Bangladesh, University of Hawaii of USA and America’s renowned tourism operator Connected Planet at the BSMRMU campus on Monday.
The Research Project titled “A Preliminary Study to Develop a Phased Approach for Maritime Tourism Development in Bangladesh” was signed to develop the maritime tourism status of Bangladesh, a press release said.
Dean of FMBS of BSMRMU Commodore M Ziauddin Alamgir and Jan Rumi of University of Hawaii and Connected Planet signed the agreement.
BSMRMU Vice-Chancellor Rear Admiral M Khaled Iqbal, Treasurer, Registrar, Dean of FEOS and FGS, Academic Advisor, Controller of Exam, Teachers and Officers attended the ceremony.
