Members of Security Force of India (BSF) picked up a Bangladeshi national from Rotnai border area in Baliadangi upazila early Wednesday.
The victim was identified as Abdul Barek, 25, son of Abdul Majid, resident of Ratnai Moradhar village and a cattle trader.. LT Col Mohammad Hossain, commanding officer of BGB-30 (Border Guard Bangladesh) battalion, said that a patrol team of BSF caught Barek when a group of cattle trader entered Indian border through Kotpara area in Rotnai BOP camp.
BGB members sent a letter for holding a flag meeting, said the official.
