UNB, Kurigram :
A Bangladeshi young man was injured allegedly in a firing by Indian Border Security Force (BSF) on the Fulbari upazila border early Thursday.
The victim was identified as Khorshed Alam, 30, son of Abu Mia of Khalishkota village in the upazila.
Officials of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) quoting locals said Khorshed was chased off and then shot at by the members of BSF Boshkotal camp near pillar no. 934 in the area when he was returning with cattle from Indian side around 12:30am. Later, he was admitted to a local clinic.
