Md. Sarfaraj Alam, a Sub-Assistant Engineer (automobile) of Transport Pool of Begum Rokeya University (BRU), Rangpur has been nominated as the best participant for the second month of officers’ foundation Course training. This was announced in an award giving ceremony held at the Dhaka Liaison Office of the University on Sunday.
Prof Dr Major Nazmul Ahsan Kalimullah, BNCCO, Vice Chancellor of BRU, as chief guest handed over the ‘Best Participant Award’ to Sarfaraj while Phanindra Sarker, General Secretary of Biswa Shanti and Manobadhikar Shango Bangladesh was present as guest of honour.
Among others, Dr Saber Ahmed Chowdhury, Member, Board of Governors of Dr Wazed Research and Training Institute, BRU was present as the course coordinator. Dr Wazed Research and Training Institute organized the training.
