Director General of India’s Border Roads Organisation (BRO) Lt Gen Harpal Singh paid a courtesy call on Chief of Army Staff General Aziz Ahmed at the Army Headquarters in the city on May 30.During the meeting, they discussed about the technical assistance of ‘Border Road Project’ near the Bangladesh-India border area which is being implemented by Bangladesh Government, said an ISPR press release on Saturday. Security in the remote border areas of Bangladesh will be further strengthened if the project is implemented successfully, the release added.
