A five-member delegation led by Ted Whitfield, Managing Director of Elcon Group Limited, a multinational company of the UK, called on Dhaka University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. AAMS Arefin Siddique on Thursday at his office.
Other members of the delegation are Antony John Mosley, Roman Matysek, Lt. Colonel (Rtd.) AKM Rezaul Karim and Mohammad Moinul Hossain. Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies of DU Prof. Shibli Rubayat-Ul-Islam was also present on the occasion.
During the meeting they discussed about implementation of a multistoried MBA building construction project at the Faculty of Business Studies and a housing project for the young teachers of DU in Dhanmondi residential area with the financial assistance and technical support from Elcon Group Limited, UK.
