British Council Country Director in Bangladesh Tom Miscioscia on Tuesday called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman at the latter’s office on the campus. During the meeting, they discussed various issues relating to further enhancement of collaboration and cooperation between the University of Dhaka and British Council.
The possibilities of strengthening ongoing joint collaborative academic, research as well as skill development programmes being conducted by the University of Dhaka and British Council are also discussed. DU VC informed that Dhaka University has many MoUs with various universities in UK and under these MoUs, joint collaborative academic and research activities have been going on.
