On the occasion of National Mlourning Day marking the martyrdom anniversary of the father of the nation , a brisk preparation undertaken in Raozan upazila on Tuesday next .

ABM Fazle Karim Chowdhury has undertaken initiatives to collect 1500 bags of blood marking the martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation on this day .
.Blood collection program will be arranged at Raozan Upazila Square on martyrdom annisary program scheduled there.
As many as 17 booths have been arra annged d special blood bags have been bought for collecting the blood to be donated by the leaders and activists of Awami League, Jubo League, Chhatra League, government and non-government officials and employees, teachers and students of different educational institutions, party sources said.
Blood Bank Sandhani will assist for collecting the blood with all equipments and medical assistant. The collected blood would be donated among the patients free of cost. Moreover, arrangements have already in pipeline to feed 30 thousand people including poors, destitute, hapless people with mezbani foods on this day .
To make succeess of the day, a meeting of the upazila administration was held with Upazila chairman Ehsanul Haider Chowdhury in the chair at upazila auditorium on Saturday .
Among others, upazila AL President Kamaluddin ahmed, UNO Shamim Hossain Reza, panel Mayor Bashiruddin Khan, Councilor Jamiruddin Parvez spoke in it.
Sources said Housing and Public Works Minister Engineer Mosharraf Hossain will attend the programmes as the Chief Guest.
