Entertainment Report :Brishti Mutsuddi was the champion of music talent hunt contest, Sherakontho in 2012. Despite passing three years after winning the Sherakontho crown Brishti couldn’t release her solo album. Already she has completed recording of two songs for her debut solo album.This time she has decided and also taken initiative to release her album within short time. Of these two songs, lyrics of one song were written by Brishti’s mother Dr Shelly Barua. Title of the song is: Aar money chai Laal Dighir oi melat jaitam. Sanjib Acharya has given music direction of the song.While talking in this regard Brishti told this correspondent, “It is really a pleasure for me to include a song which lyrics was written by my mother for my upcoming solo album. I am grateful to my mentor Ustad Sanjib Acharya because he has composed the song nicely.”Meanwhile, for the first time Brishti has rendered a song under the music composition of noted singer and music director Kumar Bishwajit. Rabiul Islam Jibon has written lyrics of this song. Title of the song is: Smriti chhara aamar neito sombol, swapno morano chokhey jol chholchhol. Direction of music of this song was given by Kishore. Prince Mahmud, Bappa Mazumder and Amzad Hossain also written lyrics of other songs. The album is expected to be released in Eid-ul-Fitr, Brishti said. Hailed from Chittagong Brishti is now studying in MBA at IUB.
