The Daily Star on 5th April honoured the nation’s 1639 highest achievers in O and A-Levels including the 64 who ranked among the World’s top scorers subject-wise. The students received medals and certificates of excellence in the 15th Award Presentation ceremony themed ” Saluting the Nation Builders of Tomorrow” in the National Indoor Stadium at Mirpur, Dhaka. Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid, British High Commissioner to Bangladesh Robert Winnington Gibson and Editor & Publisher of the Daily Star Mahfuz Anam handed over the certificates and medals to the future nation builders.
