Brig General SM Jahid Hasan hands over keys of the newly built 134 dwelling houses built for the homeless people to the Haimchar’s UNO Chai Thoyaihola Chowdhury and UZ Parishad Chairman Noor Hossain Patwary at a simple ceremony held at ”Kashbon Char Rao Ashrayan Project’ area of Haimchar Sadar recently. The army personnel built these houses for 670 destitute families of the remote char areas. As gift of the Prime Minister, the houses will be handed over to the needy homeless families selected by the Upazila administration and local representatives.
