Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) has taken steps to save people and other domestic animals during flood. The board has urged people to keep themselves aloof from electric poles and other electrical equipments. The people also urged to keep their domestic animals aloof from electrical materials.
The board has requested people to free those who were touched with electricity with the help of dry wood and bamboo.
The people are requested to inform the nearby BREB office if electric wire was torn and any electric pole are leaned. The board urged people to take help from a electrician if any body is in touch with electricity.
