BPSC Chairman calls on President

Newly appointed Chairman of Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) Dr Mohammad Sadiq made a courtesy call on President Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban on Tuesday.
During the meeting, the President hoped that BPSC under the leadership of new chairman would complete recruitment activities quickly.
He urged the commission to ensure transparency and accountability in its activities.
Dr Mohammad Sadiq expressed gratitude to the government for appointing him as chairman of the commission.
He apprised the President of the activities of the commission and said the BPSC has introduced automation system for which it will take less time comparing to the past to complete recruitment examinations.
The chairman sought cooperation of the President to discharge his duties.
Mohammad Sadiq who was a member of BPSC joined as the new chairman of the commission on May 2.
