After Chittagong and Mymensingh venues, the JB Bangladesh Premier League football will be back in town today (Thursday) with two matches slated for the day at country’s premier venue Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city.
In the day’s first sixth round match, Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad Krira Chakra will take on Sheikh Russel Krira Chakra at 4.30 pm while Team Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation plays against holders Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club at 7.30 pm.
After the 5th round’s play, Muktijoddha currently are placed in second position at the points table with nine points while bottom-ranked Sheikh Russel has collected only a solitary point playing the same number of outings.
On the other hand, holders Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club are placed in third position with nine points while BJMC are in 8th position with four points.
