Md Jashim Uddin was re-elected as the president of the Bangladesh Plastic Goods Manufacturers and Exporters Association for the session 2017-2018 at the annual election of the association held on Thursday.
Giasuddin Ahmed was re-elected senior vice-president and KM Iqbal Hossain and Syed Tahsin Haque were elected vice- presidents, says a press release.
BPGMEA Election Board acting chairman Abul Khair declared the result of the election at a meeting held on the day at the head office of the association.
The other members of the board of directors are Md Yusuf Ashraf, Riad Mahmud, Humayun Kabir Bablu, Tofayel Kabir Khan, Md Enamul Haque, Md Khorshed Alam, Ferdous Wahed, Shamim Ahmed, AKM Zahirul Quyum Khan, Ali Ahmed, Md Yaqub, Noor Alam Bacchu, ATM Syeedur Rahman Bulbul, Md Shajahan, Hazi Abdul Mannan, Md Mehedi Hasan (Tipu) and Md Abdul Mumit.
