North zone bowlers continued to dominate on wicket while Central Zone failed to skip innings defeat as they suffered an innings and 85 runs defeat to North Zone on the fourth day of four-day Bangladesh Cricket League (BCL) held on Wednesday at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet.
Central Zone resumed their second innings on the fourth day (Wednesday) with overnight score at 229 for 8 and finally all out for 271 runs. Central Zone played only 12 overs losing their remaining two wickets.
Overnight batsman Tanbir Haider scored 51 runs off 97 balls laced with seven boundaries and one over boundary while Mohammad Sharif was remained unbeaten at 45 runs.
Alauddin Babu finished his spell with four for 67 runs while Sunzamul Islam bagged three wickets giving away 114 runs.
Earlier, North Zone were dismissed their first innings at 537 runs.
