Tight bowling display by Dhaka Metropolis enabled them to fight back in the match as Barisal Division struggling their first innings at 165 for 5 at stumps on the second day of Tier 1 four-day National Cricket League (NCL) at BKSP ground in Savar.
Al Amin with 45 and Monir Hossain with 40 on the crease as the stumps were drawn for the day. Elias Sunny and Abu Haider shared two wickets each conceding 36 and 48 runs respectively.
Earlier, Dhaka Metropolis resumed their first innings on the second day (Wednesday) with overnight score at 255 for 7 and finally dismissed at 292.
