Bowlers brought Dhaka Metro into a fight back as they took a healthy 172 runs over all lead over Rajshahi Division after the second day’s play of four-day 15th National Cricket League held on Sunday at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong.
Rajshahi Division resumed their first innings on the second day (Sunday) with overnight 139 for 7 and finally dismissed at 207 in 62.1 overs, in reply to a Dhaka Division’s first innings total of 126 for all.
Trailing by 81 runs in the first innings, Dhaka Metro started their second innings in the afternoon and scored 253 for 5 in 73 overs at stumps.
