Results of the lst & 2nd year final examinations of the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Programme under Bangladesh Open University (BOU) have been announced.
A total of 1,43,532 (One lac forty three thousand five hundred thirty two) students appeared in the HSC lst and 2nd year final examinations of which 76,158 (Seventy six thousand One hundred fifty eight) students appeared in the Final examinations. 41,834 (Forty one thousand eight hundred thirty four) students came out successfully. The pass percentage is 54.93.
Of the successful examinees 529 ‘A’, 3,368 ‘A-‘, 9,829 ‘B’, 22,134 ‘C’ and 5,974 students passed in the ‘D’ grade. Among the successful students 24,806 are male & the percentage is 53.35 and 17,028 are female & the percentage is 57.41. The authorities also published the result of lst year final examination. A total of 67,374 students appeared in the first year final examination.
