Country’s premier bourse Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) closed on Tuesday extending the losing streak as worried investors continued their selling binge.
The broad index, DSEX closed at 4506.93 points on the day with a loss of 26.81 points or 0.59 percent.
Besides, the two selective indices, Blue Chip index, DSE30 and the Shariah index, DSES also went down by 13.13 points and 9.97 points to settle at 1548.37 points and 1012.29 points respectively.On the DSE trading floor, a total number of 102,216 trades were executed in today’s trading session with a trading volume of 109.99 million securities.
