Amu leaves for Agartala to attend connectivity summit

Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu left here yesterday for Agartala, the capital of India’s northeast state of Tripura, to attend the 3rd Northeast Connectivity Summit there.The two-day summit is scheduled to kick off today, said an official handout. Tripura’s Minister for Education, Industries, Commerce, Law and ICT Tapan Chakrabarti earlier invited Amu to attend the summit, hosted by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FICCI).
