Booters to face corona test first, then practice

Jamie Day has been named Head Coach of Bangladesh Football team for more two years. Day signed a contract with Bangladesh Football Federation. According to the contract, Jamie will be with the Bangladesh booters until 2020. The coaching of FIFA World Cup Qualifiers and AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers for Bangladesh footballers will start from August. Jamie Day will conduct the coaching camp.
Meanwhile, Qatar, the opponent of Bangladesh has started their practice sessions.
Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) wants to start the practice session of the booters from August. A number of 44 footballers will take part in the preliminary coaching camp.
Before starting the coaching camp, BFF will maintain the health guideline. The booters will face Covid-19 test and then they will be kept in the isolation camp. After that the booters will get the No Objection Certificate.
Chairman of National Team Management Committee of BFF Kazi Nabil Ahmed said, ” We shall call 44 booters in the preliminary coaching camp in the starting of August. The camp will take place in Dhaka or outside of Dhaka. From the very beginning the booters will face Covid-19 test and then they will be kept in the isolation camp. After that the coaching camp will be started.”
Jamie Day is now staying in England. Jamie will also face Covid-19 test after he will come in Dhaka.
Jamie wanted to conduct the coaching camp in abroad. But it will not be possible for present situation.
Bangladesh have four matches in FIFA World Cup Qualifiers. Bangladesh will take on Afghanistan on October 8, while Bangladesh will meet Qatar on October 13.
Bangladesh will face India on November 12, while Bangladesh will play against Oman on November 17.
Earlier, Bangladesh made a 1-1 draw with India in Kolkata in their away match of the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers. It was only success for Bangladesh in their World Cup Qualifiers campaign, so far.
