A three-day long book fair titled ‘Gronthoshurid-Aloghor Boimela’ concluded at the United International University (UIU) campus beside Baridhara-Beraid Road in the capital on Tuesday. Bangladesh Gronthoshurid Samity and Aloghor Publication (a sister concern of DISA) organised the fair jointly in cooperation with UIU. Aloghor displayed and sold their books in the fair.
Emdad Hossain Bhuiyan, President of Bangladesh Gronthoshurid Samity attended the closing session of the fair as chief guest.
He said, Gronthoshurd and Aloghor organize such programs to build reading habit among students and to make books available at their doorstep.
Anisur Rahman, Senior Program Manager of Aloghor along with its Marketting Officers Niloy Saha, Lokman Hossain, Rakibul Hasan and Marium Akter ran the fair during scheduled time.
