Staff Reporter :A gang of miscreants hurled at least two bombs at the residence of Law, Justice and Parliament Affairs Minister Anisul Haque in the city’s Babani area on Friday night following the attacks on the homes of two High Court judges amid the BNP’s blockade. An Ansar man was seriously injured in the incident. The identity of the injured man could not be known immediately, police said. Quoting the locals, Banani Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Bhuyan Mahbub Hossain said that at least two handmade bombs exploded inside the premises of minister’s house on Road-2 at Banani around 8:00pm. The bombs were hurled from outside the house’s perimeter wall. The Police could not arrest anybody in this connection, the police official said.Police are investigating the incident, the OC said.
