Bombs, bullets rock Mintu’s Feni house; room set afire

Miscreants threw several crude bombs at the house of BNP chairperson’s adviser Abdul Awal Mintu and set afire a room of it at Alaipur village in Dagonbhuiyan upazila on Wednesday night. Witnesses said a group of miscreants hurled 20/25 crude bombs and opened several rounds of bullet at the house of Mintu, also Dhaka city BNP joint convener, at about 11:00 pm. They also set fire to a tin-shed room of the house. Later, local people doused the blaze. However, no one was hurt in the attack.
