Police in a drive arrested several madrasah students along with crude bomb making materials from Chandanpura Darul-ulum madrasah under Kotowali thana on Saturday noon.
Earlier, police arrested a suspected Shibir activist from Didar market area as the man hurled a crude bomb towards police from a procession at noon.
Tracking mobile phone of the arrestee, police got information about the madrasah.
Later, police conducted drive in the madrasah and arrested several students for their suspected link with Shibir men. They also recovered some crude bombs making materials from the madrasah.
