A bomb was exploded on the Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court premises in the city on Thursday afternoon. Witnesses said the bomb was set off at the balcony in front of the courtroom of Metropolitan Magistrate SM Masud Zaman on the ground floor of the court building around 5:15pm.However, no one was injured in the incident. The explosion created panic among the people, includinglawyers and justice seekers. Confirming the incident, officer-in-charge of Kotwali Police Station Abul Hasan told UNB that a bomb disposal unit of the Detective Branch of Dhaka Metropolitan Police visited the spot.
