Kahaloo Upazilla administration has become the best among all upazillas of the country in e-filling of documents relating to public application and administrative Works.
Basically, the e-filling position of each upazilla is determined by the Evaluation of a Committee of Access to Intimation (A2I) Project of the Prime Minister’s office.
Responding to a query, Bogra’s Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Nura Alam Siddique said, “Our UNOs have not been working for any award or recognition. Our goal is to Provide Services to the general People using latest technology.”
E-filing is a significant Project of the current government that has taken a massive Programme to build digital Bangladesh with the best use of information and communication technology provided to the People with transparency and accountability. Implementation of this Programmer is available in the last phase of the government including government departments across the country, added the DC.
Upazilla Nirbahi Officer Kahaloo Md. Arafat Rahaman Said, ‘E-filing project has significance in case of establishing digital Bangladesh. By the Project government offices are using information and ICT in optimum level.
By e-filling government Services have been delivered transparently. Prime minister’s office supervises and evaluates this project all over the country. A2I evaluate every upazilla by the quality and quantity of the services delivered by every upazilla administration, added the UNO.
It is to be noted that since September 2016, e-filling has been started in Kahaloo UNO office. Form the very Beginning, Kahaloo remained in first, second or third place among all the upazillas due to continuous hard work and sincere activities of all the staffs.
