Verna Gates, Reuters :The National Civil Rights Museum, housed in the converted motel where Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated, reopened on Saturday after a $27.5 million renovation, offering new interactive exhibits chronicling the civil rights movement. The museum reopened one day after the 46th anniversary of King’s death.
