Police recovered body of a person from Jogodol border of Baliadangi upazila of the district on Thursday.
Baliadangi police recovered the body of Saju Mia, 42, from pillar number 376/1 of the border in the afternoon.
The deceased Saju Mia is the son of Shamsul Haque of village Bhaluka of Sadar upazila.

Baliadangi police recovered the body of Saju Mia, 42, from pillar number 376/1 of the border in the afternoon.
The deceased Saju Mia is the son of Shamsul Haque of village Bhaluka of Sadar upazila.
Lt Col SNM Samiunnabi Chowdhury, Commander of BGB’s Thakurgaon 50 Battalion, informed that some Bangladeshis tried to
enter India through Nagorbhita border on Wednesday evening.
At this time, one of them remained missing after being chased by BSF while fleeing. Later, they informed the matter to Nagorbhita border.
On Thursday morning, after seeing the body the BGB members informed the police who recovered the body at 3 in the afternoon.
Shariful Islam, OC of Baliadangi police station, informed that the body was sent to morgue. However, no marks of injury were found on the body. The actual cause of the death would be known after receiving the autopsy report.
