Dead body of an unidentified youth recovered from Kirtankhola River Bed near Shaheed Abdur Rob Serniabad (Dapdapia) Bridge area of Monday afternoon.
Shakhawat Hossain, Kotwali police station Officer-in-Charge, said after informed by local people Assistant Sub Inspector Nur-e- Alam recovered the floating dead body at about 1:00 pm.
The recovered body was a male youth aged about 22-year wearing white genji and blue pant.
The dead body sent to Barisal Sher-e- Bangla Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy at about 4:00 pm Monday after lodging a case of unnatural death, the OC of Kotwali PS told.
