Dead body of a school boy was found at Balipara in Banaripara upazila of Barisal on Saturday noon after three days of missing.
The victim was identified as Imran Hossain, 15, class-X student of Baishari Shool of the upazila and son of Mir Mojibor Rahman of the area.
Ziaul Ahsan, Banaripara police station officer in charge, quoting family sources said, parents of Imran went Dhaka for treatment on June 17 and returned home on June 26.
Imran became missing on July 1 and after searching his dead body found by locals at the ditch near their home and informed police.
