Police recovered the bodies of two unidentified men from the Buringanga River in South Keraniganj area on Thursday.
Sub-Inspector Mohmmad Firoz, said local people spotted the body of a man, aged about 35, at Mirerbagh while body of another man, aged about 45, in Farashganjghat area and informed the matter to police.
Later, police recovered the bodies from the two spots and sent those to Mitford Hospital morgue.
However, it could not still be cleared what cause the deaths of the two men.
