The first autopsy report made available on Nov 23 stated that it was a case of suicide. Nurul Islam moved a petition in the court and Magistrate Bikash Kumar Saha of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Dhaka ordered re-exhumation and re-autopsy of the body on Nov 25.
