The dead bodies of a journalist couple’s son and daughter were found hanging in separate rooms of their residence at Uttara in the capital on Monday night. Police recovered the dead bodies from the 4th floor of No. 11 Bhaban of Uttara-13, Garib-a-Nawaz Road. The deceased were identified as Alim, 15 and his sister Chiroshiree Jaman, 18. Chiroshiree had passed ‘O’ level and Alim was a class nine student. They are the offspring of Joyshire Jaman, a Senior Sub-Editor of BSS , and Tipu, also a journalist. The brother and sister committed suicide over family feud as their parents were separated, police suspected.
