BNS Abu Bakar returns home

The Bangladesh Navy Ship (BNS) Abu Bakar returned home on Tuesday after taking part in the six-day Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA-2015) in Malaysia.
Rear Admiral M Akhtar Habib, commander of Chittagong Naval area, welcomed the frigate at Chittagong naval jetty. Other top officials of Chittagong naval area, family members of officers and crew, who were on board the ship, were also present on the occasion, an ISPR release said.
The frigate, led by its Commanding Officer Captain M Mahmudul Malek, with 16 more officials, 11 apprentice officials and 172 crew left the country for Malaysia on March 12.
