A 151-member new executive committee of BNP’s France chapter has been formed with Syed Saifur Rahman as its president and MA Taher general secretary.
Besides, an 11-member advisory committee of the same chapter has been declared with Ahsanul Haq Bulu as its chief adviser.
BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on Saturday approved the two committees as per BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s direction, said a press release on Sunday.
Haji Habib was made senior vice president of the executive committee while
Jalal Khan organising secretary, M Masudur Rahman office secretary, M Saiful Islam finance affairs secretary and Shaymol Das Sunny publicity secretary.
The other members of the advisory committee include Sirajul Islam Miah, Shahjahan Mollah, M Manik Miah, Loiluchh Mia, Jinnah Miah, Anwar Hossain Momen, Sohel Ibne Hossain, Sarker Ataur Rahman, M Fakhrul Islam and Wahab Bepari.
