Awami Jubo League Chairman Sheikh Fazle Shams Parash said BNP wants to create unstable situation in the country when august appears as they want to create another August 15 incident.
He said this while addressing in front of Awami League Central office in city’s Bangabandhu Avenue on Monday. He launched month-long programmes including Quran Khatam, Doa Mahfil and food distribution among helpless people marking Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s 47th death anniversary.
Parash said BNP carried out attack on police in Bhola without any provocation which proved that they want to project the country before the world as a terrorist state, reports BSS.
Jubo League General Secretary Mainul Hossain Khan Nikhil conducted the function while Presidium Members Monjur Alam Shahin, Dr Khaled Shawkat Ali and Dr Sajjad Haider Liton, Joint General Secretaries Biswas Motiur Rahman Badsha and Subrata Paul, Organizing Secretaries Kazi Md Mazharul Islam and Saifur Rahman Shohag, Dhaka City South acting President Main Uddin Rana and Jubo League Central Publicity Secretary Joydeb Nandi, among other, were present.
