A BNP delegation will attend a discussion programme on Bangladesh in the House of Lords in the United Kingdom on the 19th July.
The party Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir will lead the delegation. The other members of the delegation are the party Chairperson’s Advisor Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury, Sabih Uddin Ahmed, central leader Nitai Roy Chowdhury and Barrister Rumin Farhan. The delegates will leave Dhaka on the 16th July.
Nitai Roy Chowdhury told to The New Nation that the discussion meeting will be held about the
present situation in Bangladesh. Lord Carlyle, the Member of the House of Lords has invited them to join the meeting.
Nitai Roy also said, they will explain the party’s stance on the present situation in the country. They will also focus on the human rights and political situation under the Awami League led government.
