Court Correspondent :An accused in the DB Inspector Jalal Uddin murder case confessed yesterday (Monday) admitting his involvement in incident.Magistrate Khurshid Alam of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka recorded the confessional statement of accused Md Nur Mohammad Manik. Earlier, Investigation Officer of the case, Inspector Md Wahiduzzaman produced Manik before the court as he voluntarily agreed to give the confessionalstatement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPc).
