BNP Vice-Chairman Shamsuzzaman Dudu freed from jail on bail on Wednesday.
Dudu also General Secretary of Jatiyatabadi Krishak Dal released from Keraniganj Central Jail yesterday afternoon, Krishak Dal Office Secretary SK Sadi confirmed it.
He said, Dudu got bail from the High Court
recently in two cases, he was implicated, paving the way for his release.
On February 12, plainclothes police picked up Shamsuzzaman Dudu near Matshya Bhaban on his way back to home after joining a human chain programme of his party in front of the Jatiya Press Club demanding BNP Chief Khaleda Zia’s release from jail.
Later, he was shown arrested in two political violence cases.
