BNP on Sunday arranged rallies across the country to protest against the brutal murder of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) student Abrar Farhad.
The protesters have demanded fare investigation and exemplarity punishment to the killers through the special speedy trial court.
They called for the return of democracy and a strong anti-government movement to ensure the peace and security of the country men.
As part of the pre-announced program,
thousands of people, including central and local leaders, took part in the BNP rally in the city and all districts on Sunday morning. On the first day, the BNP arranged the protest rally in all the metropolitan cities of the country.
