Staff Reporter :BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia has said that the central executive committee of her party would be reshuffled. The process of the forming new committee will start soon, she added. The BNP chief said this in a view exchange meeting with pro-BNP tax lawyers at her Gulshan office in the city on Saturday night. She sat with the lawyers to discuss the country’s latest political situation and get their opinion about the party’s next course of action. Newly elected leaders of Jatiyatabadi Tax Lawyers’ Forum and Dhaka Taxes Bar Association placed bouquet to Khaleda Zia. BNP’s standing committee member Barrister Jamiruddin Sircar, Chairperson’s adviser Advocate Ahmed Azam Khan, the party central leader Advocate Masud Ahmed Talukder and president of Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Oikya Panel Advocate Mazom Ali Khan among others attended the meeting. Party sources said the BNP chief will gradually sit with the leaders of different pro-BNP professional bodies before working out the 20-party’s action programme against the government.
