The candidates of Sheaf of Paddy are preparing to start full-fledged campaigns from today, with the deployment of the Army across the country.
In an unease environment, the BNP candidates and their supporters were working silently for last few days.
“Everyone knows the situations. Ruling party men are attacking the BNP candidate’s campaigns everyday and everywhere. The police are also not protecting us. In this circumstances, the BNP candidates and supporters were working among the voters silently,” BNP Standing Committee Member Goyeswar Chandra Roy told The New Nation on Sunday.
Goyeswar Roy, the BNP candidate for Dhaka-3, is working silently in his constituency. His supporters also are conducting campaigns silently in different areas of the constituency without any procession.
