Minister for Roads and Bridge Obaidul Quader MP said that BNP is a plotical party based only press release and deliverations .
He disclosed it while talking with the journalists after his visit of Bangladesh Road Transport Authority office in Chittagong yesterday morning.
Obaidul Quader said, BNP tried to warm up politics in field level during the last five years but they failedto achieve the mission.
He also mentioned that BNP has no good relations with the people and depends on speeches and issuance of press releases and people declined to their call at any attempt of hartal and strike.
While asked about the completion of four lane Dhaka-Chittagong highway by next December but the minister did not reply to that question. He also expressed resentment over the erections of billboards in the city and he also mentioned that some dishonest officials of the city corporation are directly or indirectly involved with the bill board business in the port but he did not mentioned any name of any official to the journos. The minister goes round the office of BRTA and enquired about the ongoing vehicle inspection process and other office works and scrutinized a number of office files.
After his visit in BRTA office, he left for Khagrachari, sources said.
