A 10-day annual training camp of Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) of Comilla Mainamati Regiment’s 4th Platoon has started at Comilla University (CoU). The camp was inaugurated by Prof kundu Gupi Das, Treasurer of Comilla University on Monday. About 120 BNCC cadets from different institutions are taking part in the training camp.
Masuda Kamal, Dean Of Social Science Faculty, Md. Ainul Haque, Proctor of CoU, Shamsunnaher, Prof Under Officer (PUO) of the University Platoon and others were present at the program while 4 Mainamati Battalion Commander Asaduzzaman presided over the inauguration program.
The speakers at the program said, BNCC is entrusted with the task of grooming the future leaders and finding the hidden potentials of youths. BNCC cadets are highly concerned with knowledge, discipline, and unity. Therefore, they are contributing a lot to shape the country. The speakers expected, each BNCC cadet will sacrifice more at the hour of national crisis. Noted, the training camp will be continued till 19th May under Major Abul Ala Tauhid, Adjutant 4 Mainamoti Regiment. SM Ferdous Kabir, Cadet Under Officer (CUO) of Comilla University BNCC Platoon anchored the inauguration ceremony.
