The leaders of the Bangladesh Merchant Bankers Association (BMBA) have sought cooperation from its members and stakeholders to establish a dynamic and vibrant capital market in the coming days.
The BMBA leaders came with the call during its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at a city hotel on Saturday, said a press release on Sunday.
BMBA president Mohammed Nasir Uddin Chowdhury said the Association always works hand in hand to promote and protect the interest of the capital market.
During the meeting, the BMBA president and the executive committee members discussed the role and activities of the association.
They also discussed the present state of the capital market alongside the future scope of work for the development of the association and the share market.
BMBA secretary general Khairul Bashar Abu Taher Mohammed, its treasurer Riyad Matin and other members of its executive committee were present at the meeting.
